Preventions & Precautions

Old saying of prevention is better than the cure is as good today as it was in old times, but would continue to hold good in thousands of years further too. Everything in limits are good & cherishing , whether it is happiness , sorrow, fun, studies, stress, anxiety, money, ambitions, party, family, relations, speech & many more….

God has made a human body with such a fantastic & marvelous mix of ingredients, which is quick to adopt & adjust & assimilates with itself any intake in it’s system, if it is in affordable quantum & good mix.

Here are some very basic precautions in day to day life, which not make a human life refreshing but keep the cancer at bay:

  1. Human body should be given a complete time framed & disciplined program. It means every days schedule should be very well planned especially the time to awake & bed, time to lunch & dinners. Of course the intake of food should be full of salads, beans, milk products, grams & fruits , juices , it should be less of oils & masalas & more of natural ingredients.
  1. Human body contains of 2/3 of watery portion, hence liquids intake should be at least 10ltrs for an adult & 5-8 liters for a growing child. Of course this qty is just meant for natural watery products & strictly no promos for aerated drinks.
  2. The cool is mantra for a good decision maker, so always be cool & composed in any situation whether it is sad, merry, and tense or any other situation whatsoever.
  3. Fast moving world of today has made doctors at every home, but this practice of self imposition would adversely affect human body’s natural mechanism. It would not only leads to cancer but plenty of ailments too. Frankly speaking if human body is well maintained since beginning no medicine is required , even if required then a well qualified physician/surgeons should be consulted before popping a medicine. Beware to avoid medicines for small reasons of headache, vomiting, giddiness , Low grade of fever, pains at any part of body, but try to give body a complete doses of rest & complete nutritious watery intakes, because small makes a big & that big bunches of medicinal effect your health in big bunch, that will leads not only a big financial burden but exposing you to critical diseases too.
  1. Please do not consume alcohol, smoke a cigarette, chew tobacco / panmasalas or prey to contra banned drugs. If one analyze why human go for these substances, it is observed that :

a. Human consume alcohol & smoke a cigarette when either wants to enjoy or subsidies their sorrow. But matter of fact there is no correlation between consumption of these substances & enjoyment or subsidizing sorrow. It’s miracle of human brain which  make us realizes the  same as we feel. One believes in the existence of god & goes to temple for peace & harmony, in the real sense God is nowhere & everywhere but the peace & harmony we feels is our brain’s miracle , which converts one assumptions into real feelings. So if you feel happiness is in sweet lime juices, good positive gossiping with friends, good tasty food prepared at home by sweet mom then that feeling would converts into reality by brain . So next time you feel so please firmly say no these feelings & you would cherish other healthy options.

b. One go deep into analyzing tobacco chewing habits of people & would find that people do that to sheer time pass/little comfort feeling & gradually the body becomes so use to of that substances it goes into tear off conditions , if it is not supplied with these substances. Better never consume  these substances at all even for a try & if one got addicted to it should contact rehabilitation centre for normalcy.

c. Contra banned drugs are so powerful that takes a full control of human body’s nervous system & user is in no way a normal person. One should never try for fun even as one single dose would keep you in another world of full colors & frolics that one would go for it again for sure.

  1. Technology & scientific researches has made our life in seventh heaven, but again anything beyond certain limits is harmful. One should try to maximize healthy & good life by smart & excellent use of technology, not as tool for addiction & time pass/waste. Internet is a world of knowledge & entertainment if used in positive spirit & direction else it would not take much time to make a real human being into a misguided bad soul.
  2. Live life as a science scholar. Science believes in proves, so it don’t believe in existence of God. Never mean to interfere with one’s faith ,but it means whatever one do or think should be proved to be good for oneself else don’t do it if not proved as good. Today world is full of glam & glitters & in that lightening one forgets to judge the black & dark truth behind that shine & when it’s realized it is too late to act. Plenty of consumable products are being endorsed by mega stars of bollywood & being big fans of them youngsters feel close to them using their products, but is it really nice  doing that without testing their worth for the money & health. All that glitters is not gold, so next time one see any glamorous ads’ by mega bollywood star, please check its worth. Those big ticket stars would go away with big money leaving you high & dry on hospital beds praying for your life with almighty.
  3. Everybody wants to look good & charming & uses lot of products to achieve the same, but hardly do anything to keep the body & mind fresh & charming. If one does regular exercise, walk & yoga, body’s system would get due oiling & greasing & not only one feel healthy & alerts but one looks pretty nice & charming because the natural glow would flourish on whole body without spending a single penny.

DO'S

  1. CUT DOWN OIL/SALT/FAT INTAKE.
  2. USE OF GREEN/LEAFY VEGETABLE, BOILED FOOD, MILK/MILK PRODUCTS .
  3. AVOID NON VEGETARIAN FOOD, RED MEAT IN PARTICULAR
  4. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER/FRUIT JUICES.
  5. NIAINTAIN GOOD PERSONAL HYGIENE, GENETALS IN PARTICULAR.
  6. ANNUAL FULL BODY CHECK-UP AFTER 35 YEARS OF AGE.
  7. MORNING/EVENING WALK TO AVOID STRESS, A WAY TO STAY HEALTHY NATURALLY.
  8. BREAST FEEDING TO INFANTS A MUST FOR MOTHER.
  9. ALLOW BODY TO FUNCTION IN IT’S NATURAL WAY,
  10. VACCINATION AGAINST HEPATITIS-B .

DONT'S

  1. DO NOT USE ANY DRUGS WITHOUT DOCTOR’S CONSULTATION.
  2. AVOID SMOKING/ALCOHOL/CHEWING TOBBACO IN ANY FORM.
  3. AVOID JUNK FOOD & COLD DRINKS.
  4. AVOID ARTIFICIALLY COLOURED/ PRESERVED EDIBLES & OPEN FOOD.
  5. AVOID EXCESS EXPOSURE TO SUN/RADIATION/CHEMICALS.
  6. AVOID OBESITY
  7. AVOID STRESS OF ANY KIND.
  8. AVOID OBSTRUCTION/IRRITATION OF ANY PART OF BODY SUCH AS INSERTION OF POINTED OBJECTS IN THE NOSE/ EARS/TEETH & MOUTH.
  9. AVOID GOING AGAINST NATUREAL SYSTEM OF LIFE i.e SLEEPING IN DAY & WORKING IN NIGHT.
